Yes, Mr. Spikes decided to give up on his dislike of the Paparazzi and have Timmy do his portrait. He choose a collage girl, the sort Ginger always chooses (big boobs), but in his case it does not count because he is gay (pssst, not a word now, he is not out of the closet yet!). The poor woman was smitten by the Spiker but to no avail, he loves being cuddled by Mr. Timmers.
